Reservation Cancellation Policy

For any guest who cancels at least 14 days before your travel date and if he/she did not purchase travel insurance, there is a $50/person penalty and any monies paid would be issued as a travel credit to be used on a future trip. 

For any guest who cancels within less than 14 days of arrival and if he/she did not purchase travel insurance, no refund would be issued because they are in full penalty with the resort. In addition, a $75/person cancellation fee will be collected -- so essentially the package is non-refundable if you are canceling less than 14 days prior to arrival date. 

If a guest has purchased travel insurance and needs to cancel at any time, there is no penalty and he/she will be refunded with either travel credit OR cash back -- depending on the travel insurance plan purchased.

Travel Insurance is not included in the room rates listed above.

The Insurance offered is from a 3rd party and is not part of Wright Travel Agency.

You will have to option to accept or decline the insurance during the reservation process.
If you initially decline the insurance but would like to add it back, you have that option up until 7 days after you place your reservation deposit. Insurance must be requested in writing.

• IMPORTANT: This comprehensive travel protection plan provides the enrolled client with either a full travel credit or refund in the event they need to cancel their trip for any reason right up to the departure time of the flight. Prices are indicated below.

The Elegance Club rooms are for those age 18+. Those staying in an Elegance Club room not only have access to the the family-friendly areas, they also have access to the restaurants, bar and lounge areas exclusive to Elegance Club guests.
